Turning Point are currently recruiting a Group Work and Training Lead to join Inspire, a vibrant new partnership delivering substance use treatment and recovery services in West Northamptonshire.  

We are looking for someone to lead on the support, training and induction of new staff, support with the delivery of our comprehensive group work timetable, co-ordination of our internal CPD and external core and additional training opportunities for our local partners.

We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, and enthusiastic team player.

There is a leadership element to the role given the need to welcome and support new staff into our system and ensure they have the requisite training and skills to do their job effectively as well as representing the organisation externally to our partners.
