William Tarry House provides 11 self-contained flats for adults recovering from mental health problems. The service is designed to support individuals in managing their accommodation while building the skills and confidence needed to transition back into independent living and the wider community.
Our approach is person-centred, tailoring support for each individual to help them develop independence, improve wellbeing, and successfully reintegrate into the community.
As Service Manager, you will lead the delivery and development of the William Tarry House Supported Housing Service. You will manage staff, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure that residents receive high-quality, recovery-focused support that promotes independence and wellbeing.
This role requires a passionate leader who can motivate teams, manage service performance, and build strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders.
