Description
Waythrough was formed in 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship.
Together, we’ve created one of the largest mental health and social support charities in England.
Waythrough’s Our Time community based time bank works with individuals affected by mental ill health already living in their own homes to receive assistance with day-to-day tasks and activities, such as learning new skills, recreational activities and social interaction.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join Our Time as a part-time Service Manager, to manage the day‐to‐day running of the service in Liverpool, which aims to tackle the social isolation faced by adults with mental health problems.
As well as ensuring the quality of service and support provided to people who use our services, we’ll rely on you to manage service contracts, line manage front line staff and organise any building maintenance requirements.
Whether you’re carrying out an induction, undertaking an investigation, putting team development plans in place or providing support to our business development team, one thing’s for sure – you won't be short of challenge and variety.
