The Regional Lead Nurse is responsible for providing clinical leadership across Waythrough's London region, ensuring high standards of nursing practice within substance misuse, supported housing, and mental and physical health services.

The role supports the Director of Nursing in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care while ensuring compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, infection prevention and control, and clinical governance requirements.
