Description

At Priory, our mission is to help more people Live their life.

That’s why we are investing in innovative, therapy led addition services that put recovery first and foremost.

Listening to what people told us they wanted from addiction treatment, we've combined their feedback with our clinical expertise to create Flourish – a therapy led residential addiction service that delivers a structured, evidence-based programme in a calm, compassionate and recovery focused environment.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for exceptional Therapy Leads to join our teams at Eden House (North London) and Horizon House (Nottingham)

If you're an experienced therapist with a strong background in addiction services and a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing therapy teams, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to:

  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary therapeutic teams.
  • Shape and develop our innovative Flourish model.
  • Deliver outstanding clinical outcomes for the people in our care.
  • Be part of an organisation committed to clinical excellence and transforming lives.

Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same. Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.

You will be a registered healthcare professional (HCPC) or accredited psychotherapist (BACP, BABCP, UKCP) with strong leadership skills to support a diverse therapy team.

You should have a solid understanding of therapy roles in mental health, experience in management supervision, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Experience in a commercial setting with cost management awareness and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs is also essential.

If you're a compassionate leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional addiction treatment and helping people rebuild their lives, we'd love to hear from you.

Shortlisting may begin upon receipt of applications, and the Recruiting Manager may close the vacancy early if enough suitable candidates are identified.
