We're looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our Gambling Prevention Team and help deliver high-quality, person-centred support across the West Midlands.

As Team Leader, you will support the Service Manager in the day-to-day delivery of the Gambling Prevention Service, providing leadership and guidance to a team of Gambling Practitioners.

You'll ensure services are delivered safely, effectively and in line with contractual requirements, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and person-centred practice.

Working closely with local partners and stakeholders, you'll help develop services that are responsive to community needs and support positive outcomes for people affected by gambling-related harm.
