A fantastic, opportunity has arisen to become a Team Leader for the new Drug & Alcohol Response Team (DART), leading an outreach team that supports service users who are sleeping rough/homeless to access harm reduction, support and drug & alcohol treatment.

You will have experience of leading and managing staff, engaging with individuals with multiple and/or complex needs and demonstrate a determined approach to finding solutions.

You will need to be able to travel across the county independently and efficiently so use of a car is essential.
