We believe in the power of transformation, and we’re looking for a Substance Misuse Nurse, (Outreach) to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team in St Helens.

The nurse recruited into this role will work across St Helens, supporting some of our most complex service users in a range of settings, including street homelessness outreach projects, HMOs, service users’ homes, partner agency premises, and more.
