We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Deputy Service Manager to help lead our Newham service's and play a key role in shaping the future of recovery support across the borough.

Newham is one of London's most vibrant and diverse communities, with strong partnerships and a shared ambition to improve health and wellbeing for local people.

As Deputy Service Manager, you'll work alongside the Service Manager  to lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team, ensuring services are safe, effective and responsive to local need.

You'll help drive performance, develop people, strengthen partnerships and support service innovation—creating the conditions for both colleagues and service users to achieve their full potential.
