Positive Choices is Change Grow Live’s confidential service in Coventry supporting young people between the ages of 5 and 24.

We offer advice and guidance to young people who are affected by a loved one’s drug or alcohol misuse or if they are using drugs or alcohol themselves and want support to make changes.

We also support young people around unhealthy partner relationships, sexual health and keeping safe online and in the community.

We are delighted to welcome potential candidates to apply for this exciting position at Positive Choices. 

The Young Person's Resilience Worker with Substance Misuse Specialist lead will join a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to promoting positive outcomes for young people.  The post holder will manage a caseload of up to 22 young people that require substance misuse support.

In addition and where required, they will support with group programmes, training, engaging with partner agencies and will ideally have specialist knowledge with regards to substance, espoecially in trending areas. They will also be required to lead on campaigns such as our current Katemine campaign.
