We have an exciting opportunity for a Through the Gate Worker to join our Bristol Team who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.

You’ll be working as part of the Recovery Team at HMP Bristol. As a Through the Gate Recovery Coordinator, you will support service users as they prepare for release from prison, ensuring that a clear and effective release plan is in place.

Approximately 50% of the role will involve direct client work, with the remaining 50% focused on administrative tasks such as making referrals to community partners.
