Change Grow Live is responsible to deliver the contract to provide psychosocial intervention and transitional services across prisons in Kent.

This service began on 1st April 2022 and offers a range of initiatives to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.

We are looking to recruit a passionate and committed individual to the role of Team Leader within HMP Swaleside.

In this role you will be responsible for operational line management of a team of staff which includes supervision (with reflective practice), appraisal, performance and sickness management as well as ensuring staff follow CGL and external policies applicable to their roles. 

HMP Swaleside is a Long Term High Security Category B men's prison, located on the Isle of Sheppey, Kent.
