An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Turning Point Leicestershire and Rutland Substance Use Service as Loughborough Team Leader.
You will lead and support a team of Recovery Workers and Advanced Recovery Practitioners and will be responsible for the performance and development of your team.
You will support the service in maintaining excellent standards of treatment and care for our service users and will oversee the implementation of treatment pathways for people affected by their use of substances. You will work with a range of partner agencies and represent the service in a variety of settings, promoting the service and encouraging referrals.

As part of your role you will also provide oversight to the residential rehabilitation and inpatient detoxification pathways; establishing clear processes and communication routes between ourselves and service providers.
