We're seeking a dynamic Team Leader to help drive the next chapter of Croydon Young People's Drug and Alcohol Service.

You'll lead a dedicated team, build and nurture strong strategic partnerships across local services, and act as a key ambassador for the project within the community.

Working collaboratively with schools, health services, local authorities, and voluntary sector organisations, you'll help create joined-up pathways of support that enable young people to access the right help at the right time.

This is an exciting opportunity to champion innovative intervention approaches, and shape a service that delivers meaningful outcomes for young people affected by drugs, alcohol, and other challenges.
