We’re looking for a Team Leader for our Gloucestershire Service   

An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen within our Gloucestershire service. These role cover the Gloucester and Forest  locality:

As a key member of our wider Gloucestershire leadership team, you will play an important role in shaping and delivering high-quality services across your locality.

This Team Leader position offers the opportunity to take on new challenges, further develop your leadership skills, and make a meaningful impact within a supportive local and national network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting contractual requirements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality standards, while responding effectively to internal and external audits, including Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspections.

Working in partnership with commissioners, partner agencies, healthcare providers and people who use our services, the successful candidate will contribute to the continuous development of a high-quality, recovery-focused service and will deputise for the Service Manager or other managers when required.

We’re looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
