Our Targeted Intervention Coordinators play an integral role within Change Grow Live, engaging young people in a range of interventions, using a young person-centred approach, to equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to make informed decisions around drugs and alcohol.

You’ll be supporting young people to increase their resilience, reduce risks and lead safer, happier and healthier lives.
