As a Senior IPS employment Specialist, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference to the lives of people experiencing difficulties with drug and alcohol use, working directly with them to help them prepare for, secure and sustain employment through a person-centred and strengths-based approach.

You will lead a team of IPS employment Specialists as well as hold your own caseload of people in substance use treatment who would like help to find work.
