Jane’s place is a specialist refuge which supports survivors who are fleeing domestic abuse but may also need support with the their mental health, and drug and alcohol use.

We have a strong programme of recovery groups, wellbeing activities and community based activities.

We provide domestic abuse services across the Northwest of England, including refuges for women and children, safe houses for men, community support, and extra support for those facing addiction, mental health, or other issues.

We understand the serious impact domestic abuse can have, especially on health and wellbeing, and provide support and guidance to help survivors live safely and securely. Safenet is part of the Calico Group.

The role is the first point of contact for Safenet services and will ensure emergency access to accommodation for women, men and children through the Safenet phone line. The role will provide range of practical housing and administrative provision within a supported housing environment.

You will prepare rooms for new residents, cleaning in communal areas and support with the wellbeing of survivors through one to one and group support.

Recruiting for day and night staff, both full and part-time.
