We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Hospital Liaison Recovery Worker to join our Barnet Service. With this role, you’ll be working as part of the Change Grow Live Hospital Liaison team, based within local hospitals and A&E departments, acting as a vital link between acute services and community drug and alcohol services.

You’ll work closely with hospital staff, building strong relationships across wards and A&E, offering advice, guidance and training on substance misuse, and helping identify alternatives to unnecessary admissions.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting people who present repeatedly, working with wider services to understand what’s going on and what might help break the cycle.
