As a Recovery Worker at Leecroft House, you’ll play a vital role in supporting people within our 24-hour Supported Housing service in Barnet.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll empower individuals to build confidence, sustain their tenancy, and live as independently as possible within the community.
You’ll work alongside people using the service to help them take control of their own recovery journey. This means offering practical and emotional support tailored to each individual, recognising that recovery looks different for everyone.
From day one, you’ll be trusted to build meaningful relationships based on respect, collaboration and choice.
