Are you looking for an exciting challenge? As a Progression Coach for Pathfinder you will be based within the Calico team, working across our 4 areas of Greater Manchester, dependent on need, whilst supporting a caseload of young people in a bid to prevent homelessness.

As a Progression Coach within our Gateway Services, you will deliver proactive, person-centred interventions to young people at risk of homelessness, helping them to define and achieve sustainable self-determined outcomes around accommodation, financial stability, meaningful activities, and positive support networks.

This is a highly mobile role requiring excellent communication and organisational skills, to independently work across multiple localities within Greater Manchester. You will engage with diverse teams, partners, and communities, quickly adapting to new environments and delivering consistent, high-quality support wherever needed.

You will manage a caseload of approximately 30 individuals, build strong networks and driving early intervention to prevent crisis.
