Weāre looking for a passionateĀ Outreach Service ManagerĀ to join our dynamic Gateway Services team.
In this role, youāll lead and support the delivery of our floating support and outreach services, ensuring people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness receive highāquality, personācentred support that helps them sustain tenancies and move towards stability and independence.
Youāll coordinate dayātoāday service delivery, support and develop staff, and work closely with partner agencies to provide timely, traumaāinformed responses to individuals in the community.
Youāll play a key role in maintaining safe, inclusive, and welcoming services while ensuring strong performance, compliance, and positive outcomes for the people we support.
