We provide help for people who are homeless or at risk of losing their home. This includes people who are sleeping rough, families who are struggling to stay in their homes, and refugees who have left their country because of war.

We work with each person to understand the best way to help them and then we provide support they need to live safely and have a better future.

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Outreach Project Worker to join our team and play a vital role in reducing and preventing rough sleeping.

This is a rewarding frontline role focused on engaging people who are homeless, particularly those who are disengaged from services, through assertive, respectful and trauma‑informed outreach.

You will work creatively to build trusting relationships, remove barriers to support, and help individuals move away from street homelessness into safe, secure and sustainable housing.
