CGL is looking for a motivated, innovative and compassionate individual, who can provide operational oversight and leadership in a busy and dynamic substance use service.
Stockton Recovery Service is committed to working with adults and young people who access our service in a way that best suits their needs and that of the wider family and community.
Our experienced team offer a wide range of interventions for people who use substances, including harm minimisation, brief interventions, psychosocial interventions, family programmes, risk management and coordination of clinical treatment that meets the individual’s needs.
Responsibilties
Due to additional government funding, the service has grown considerably in the last few years which has led to the development of a senior leadership structure within the service. Overseen by the services manager, this new post of operations manager will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the service and the leadership of the recovery coordination roles, to contribute to the wider service and the strategic aims of the service, organisation and wider area.
CGL are committed to ensuring the safeguarding and wellbeing of children and vulnerable adults, and all applicants will be required to demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to best safeguarding practices. The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
