We have an exciting opportunity for a Foreign Nationals Outreach Worker who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.

The Outreach and Community Team work with service users with substance misuse, who are experiencing rough sleeping, or at risk of homelessness.

We are looking for a compassionate, empathetic and proactive individual who can specialise with engaging EU Nationals to work with services and achieve positive outcomes for those they are supporting.

The successful post holder will be able to communicate effectively with service users from Romania and at least 1 other EU member states (Czech, Slovakian, Lithuanian, Polish, Latvian, Hungarian.)
