VIA are delighted to announce that they have successfully maintained their Gold accreditation from Investors in People.  

This prestigious international benchmark assesses workplace culture, employee engagement, leadership, communication and ways of working.

Maintaining Gold accreditation is a significant achievement and reflects continued commitment to creating a great place to work.
