The first Ketamine Recovery Support Group in Calderdale took place last week at The Basement Recovery Project.
The response was amazing, with 11 people attending the first session. For a new group in a small borough like Calderdale, that’s a fantastic turnout and a clear indication that this support is needed.
How much is it needed? We currently have five people in hospital as a result of their ketamine use. Early intervention, support and recovery opportunities are more important than ever.
These meetings are weekly, the next taking place on Tuesday 27 October 2026 from 6-7pm at the Basement Recovery Project, Basement House, 10 Carlton Street, Halifax HX1 2AL.
