We have an exciting opportunity for a Young Persons Housing Navigator within Change Grow Live West Sussex, working with people accessing substance use support, with an additional housing need.

You will actively engage with people and the services they need to support improved health, wellbeing, and social inclusion.

Providing wrap around support including practical, emotional, and social aspects of responding to and preventing homelessness and maintaining a tenancy.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in a similar field and is interested in supporting Young People, who wants to make a difference in working providing Housing Support in our service.

This is a Pan-West Sussex role working out of our hubs and co-located in district and borough housing teams so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential to this role.
