Due to newly awarded Rough Sleepers Initiative funding in Leicestershire an exciting opportunity has arisen to join Turning Point’s Leicestershire and Rutland Substance Use Services as the Rough Sleepers Coordinator at Team Manager level to lead a new Rough Sleepers Team. This role will cover the geographical area of Leicestershire

You will be involved in setting up, supporting and managing a new RSI Team which will consist of an Advanced Recovery Practitioner and Recovery Workers and you will be responsible for the performance and development of your team.

You will work closely with the clinical team to ensure that service users supported by your team have access to appropriate clinical interventions. You will support the service in maintaining excellent standards of treatment and care for our service users and will oversee the implementation of treatment pathways for people affected by rough sleeping and their use of substances.

You will work with a range of partner agencies and represent the service in a variety of settings including internal and external meetings, promoting the service and encouraging referrals. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate data collection and reporting for this project.
