We are looking for an experienced Practitioner or existing Team Leader to join our team as a Permanent Team Leader, supporting services across HMP The Verne and HMP Portland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual who is committed to delivering high-quality services, empowering colleagues, and making a real difference to the lives of those we support.

As Team Leader, you will provide visible and effective leadership across both sites, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred services.
