As the Alcohol Team Leader within the City and Hackney service you will be managing a busy team of recovery workers supporting individuals in treatment.

You will provide line management to a number of staff and support them to provide high quality psychosocial interventions.

You will have experience and a passion for working with substance users and understand the importance of meeting regulatory requirements within the service.

Partnership working will play an important role in your day-to-day work and you will have experience in building and maintaining excellent relationships with local and national organisations to support the work of the service.

Internally you will work closely with other managers and staff from teams across the service. Exceptional organisational skills are essential for this pivotal role in a very busy service.
