We have a new service based in Lewisham, we are looking for a specialist to join the team as a Substance Misuse/Dual Diagnosis Worker.

You will be based within our SLaM Independent Community Rehabilitation Service which runs 24 hours a day.

It provides specialist enhanced rehabilitation support to adults typically aged between 18 and 65 who are diagnoses with severe and enduring mental health needs, who would benefit from an intensive rehabilitation and recovery-focused approach.

We provide accommodation and support across two sites in Catford.

In this role, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve improved outcomes. You will  deliver evidence-based interventions based on holistic assessments to support personalised recovery, integration, and promotion of independent living skills.

You will work to the long term support needs of our residents and work towards facilitating improved outcomes.

Shift Pattern:  This role is part time 22.5 hours per week which could range 09:00- 17:00 or 14:00 - 22:00
