We are recruiting for a Specialist Programmes Trainer.

Part of the Family Support and Specialist Programmes department, this role will support the delivery of a developing range of Specialist Programmes including the accredited M-PACT Practitioner training to staff internally at the Forward Trust and externally, across the UK and Ireland.

The role is required to deliver a high standard of training in line with the expectations of the organisation and Family Support Department.

The role will also assist Specialist Programme Management in the role of developing and evaluating current and new areas of delivery.

This is a Hybrid role where you will be working from home with regular travel – across the organisation and to external stakeholders and potentially new customers.

As part of a team of 4 you will be giving direct reports to your Line Manager and be involved in specialist projects such as M-PACT programme, workforce development , parenting programme and a wide range of new initiatives.

You will also be delivering training into Prisons including our brand New ecofriendly Prison in York HMP Millsike.

Specialist training will be provided and you will be required to travel and stay overnight for delivery of some training packages.
