We are currently recruiting a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Worker to join our team at Newcastle Treatment & Recovery. Our team provides support for individuals who are experiencing problematic substance use.
As part of the role, your primary responsibility is ensuring timely and comprehensive responses to enquires entering the service via our referral process.
