An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of SPOC (Single Point of Contact) Advisor within Recovery Steps Cumbria.

There are multiple positions available, the role is countywide and consideration will be taken regarding hybrid working.
Key duties you will undertake are:

• Managing all calls coming into the service including screening enquiries, prescribing queries, booking appointments via electronic diary management and connecting the callers through to other staff.
• Gathering accurate information from individuals contacting the SPOC using excellent communication skills in order to direct them to the correct element of the service
• Completing holistic assessments.
• Working collaboratively with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals
