We’re looking for a Service Manager for our West Berkshire Adult and Young People Service.

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join and lead the team at Via West Berkshire Service. As Service Manager, you will lead the West Berkshire working closely with the Team Leaders, commissioners, partners and colleagues to ensure the service is effective, safe, responsive, caring and well-led.

You will play a key role in the day-to-day operational management of the services, embedding high standards of quality and governance while supporting excellent outcomes for the people who use our services.

This role is ideal for an experienced manager who is passionate about developing people, driving continuous improvement and creating an inclusive, psychologically informed workplace where both colleagues and service users can thrive.
