We are recruiting for a Service Evaluation Officer.

To support Forwards Mission and Vision, and its Strategic Goals, the Research and Development team ensure that all our service users receive appropriate, effective and inspirational interventions across our diverse range of service areas.

Monitoring and measuring continuously how impactful each service area is and demonstrating step-by-step progress for service users through a defined set of outcomes.

To meet the demands of the organisation the Research and Development team is organised into three distinct functions. Research and Impact, Internal Evaluation and Intervention Development.

Forward is looking for a passionate and conscientious Intervention Development Officer to join the Research & Service Development team. Forward’s core activities are diverse and the post-holder will be able to switch focus quickly and respond to changing priorities proactively.
