Description
Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship.
Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people getting the support they need to live a life they value. We tackle poverty and disadvantage in communities, through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing and related support.
New Vision Bradford was launched on 1 April 2023. This is a partnership between Waythrough, the Bridge Project, Project 6 and Creative Strength. Under this umbrella, the partnership delivers an adult substance misuse service for the Bradford District.
We provide a safe environment for people to develop life skills and confidence, ultimately enabling them to rebuild their lives and become active, contributing members of the Bradford community.
We are looking to appoint a full-time Recovery Coordinator on a permanent basis, under the New Vision Bradford umbrella, based at Unity.
You will work as an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality substance misuse treatment provision by supporting service users from point of entry into the service and throughout their treatment and recovery journey.
You will play a crucial role acting as the care coordinator for an assigned group of service users.
Having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be desirable but not essential.
