We’re excited to offer an opportunity in our Kirklees Young People's Service for an Outrech and Engagement Worker with the passion, skills, and experience to support young people facing challenges around substance use and related needs. This role is key in ensuring timely, tailored interventions that make a real difference.

A key part of this role is building meaningful relationships with community partners and stakeholders. You'll spend time nurturing trust—not only in our service, but in you as a practitioner. You’ll also work closely with local teams to share knowledge, coordinate support, and ensure a joined-up approach that truly benefits the communities we serve.
