We are seeking a compassionate and proactive individual to join our team in Leeds as a Outreach and Hub Worker, dedicated to supporting people who are sleeping rough or at risk of homelessness.

You will work across nights and weekends, delivering street outreach and night shelter support to help individuals make positive changes and move towards stable accommodation.

This is a hands-on role that involves engaging with people at all times of day and night, building trusting relationships, and empowering them to express their strengths and aspirations while taking steps towards a more settled future.
