We’re looking for an Intensive Housing Management Officer (IHMO) to carry out supported housing management duties in our service.

You will be responsible for maintaining social contact and company to enhance quality of life, enhance personal safety, health and security, sustainment of tenancy, and improving financial independence and economic wellbeing to support our residents and participants back into the community.

Biscot House delivers residential support to single men aged 18 and over. The service has 9 units of accommodation providing support for men with specific needs such as; Mental Health, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, substance use, ex offenders.

Staff and residents work together to create a fun, vibrant, Service-User focused home in which to develop vital skills and confidence to live in the community.
