We are excited to offer opportunities for Support Coordinators to join our Darlington housing support team. 

As a Support Coordinator, you will work as part of a small team providing intensive housing support to those with a diagnosed complex mental health condition living in Darlington.

This includes the provision of information, advice, guidance, and structured support to help individuals secure suitable accommodation and develop the skills to manage their tenancies and live independently in the Community.
