We have an exciting dynamic opportunity for a Hospital Liaison Worker to join us working between the Together recovery service and local hospitals.

Based in Barnstable the Hospital Liaison Worker is a dynamic role, working between the Together recovery service and local hospitals. Using a caring, compassionate and trauma informed approach you will be engaging with individuals who have been admitted to hospital and have a substance use support need.

You will deliver a range of interventions including advice, harm reduction and structured psycho-social interventions. You will work closely alongside colleagues within the hospital to ensure that appropriate support is offered to all those in need.
