At Turning Point, we support people across the UK with substance use issues.
Our Herefordshire (West Midlands) Recovery Service responds to the needs of people across the county, working in locations throughout Herefordshire to maximise the opportunities for service users.
This position is an exciting opportunity to improve the pathway for people from hospital to the community for those who use alcohol and drugs.
The post will involve close partnership working with Alcohol Liaison nurse and wider hospital teams, to assess and screen service users, deliver advice and information and hold a case load of specific clients as they are discharged from the hospital.
You will join a committed and friendly team at Turning Point Hereford who take a multi-disciplinary approach with support from clinical, psychosocial interventions staff, peer mentors and a strong network of partner agencies.
