This role is a key part of the Leadership Team within our Homelessness and Prevention services. You'll be at the heart of supporting and guiding staff to deliver our dispersed housing offer through the Bury Floating Support service.
This role is all about driving quality, meeting contractual and financial targets, and helping us grow and improve the support we offer across the North-West.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and a wider team of managers, you’ll help keep services on track, ensure strong performance, and play a part in shaping how we tackle homelessness.
You’ll also contribute to our on-call rota and be ready to step in and support other service areas when needed—bringing flexibility, leadership, and a commitment to making a real difference.
