Are you a passionate and knowledgeable harm reduction professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Harm Reduction Senior Practitioner to lead a dedicated team and drive forward health-focused interventions across Harrow – both within our service and out in the community.

You will work from the service site and, at times, across the local community, undertaking a wide range of promotion and development of partnerships to make our service more accessible.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving service and help build an ever larger network of partnerships to highlight harm reduction and health promotion across the borough. We will be looking for the successful applicant to co-ordinate across those partnerships focussing on key areas such as reducing alcohol related harm, safer injecting practices, opioid substitute treatment knowledge and smoking cessation; they will have good knowledge of these areas.

You will line manage a team delivering a variety of health orientated interventions, encouraging development and learning both within the team and also our community partners.
