We’re looking for Harm Reduction Senior Practitioner for our Via Harrow service

As Harm Reduction Senior Practitioner, you will provide visible, effective harm reduction leadership, interventions and promotion within the service.

You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders including GP,s, sexual health, housing, mental health and others to support increased access to harm reduction interventions for Harrow residents.

We are looking for an experienced practitioner with a passion for harm reduction that is looking to develop and advance delivery of care in this senior practitioner role.
