Calico Enterprise’s Floating Support Service helps individuals with a recent history of homelessness to move into and sustain safe, secure accommodation across Lancaster and Morecambe. We work closely with landlords, housing providers, and local services to ensure people not only find a home but thrive in it.

We’re looking for a passionate Floating Support Worker to join our dynamic team in Lancaster. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of helping people transition from homelessness into sustainable housing.

You’ll provide tailored, wraparound support to help individuals settle into their new homes, build life skills, and access the services they need to maintain their tenancies.

A typical day might include visiting clients in their homes, liaising with landlords and housing providers, attending multi-agency meetings, and supporting individuals to access benefits, health services, or employment opportunities.

You’ll be a key part of someone’s journey to stability and independence.
