We have an exciting opportunity for a FDAC Senior Worker who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs. You will work to deliver a Family Drug and Alcohol Court (FDAC) to improve outcomes for children involved in care proceedings.

The service will offer an alternative & more successful way of supporting parents to overcome substance misuse, mental health & domestic abuse problems that have put their children at risk of serious harm

 No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.
