We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Family & Carers Worker to join our Psychosocial Interventions (PSI) team, providing assessments, treatment, psychosocial interventions, and care to family members, friends and loved ones who are affected by someone else’s drug and alcohol.

You will join a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, recovery workers and peer mentors and be required to work alongside a range of partners in social care, housing and health and wellbeing.

You will be responsible for a caseload of clients across the county and as such will be expected to work flexible across different sites.
